Mr. Athan Bloom

Chief Innovation Officer

Is a solution innovator, businessman,
and scientist with a background in R&D,

systems engineering, and project management.
Mr. Bloom served in the US military

and as a government contractor
& officer for special defense telemetry ships

operating worldwide monitoring compliance
with strategic arms treaties

and NATO treaty test programs.



He participated in annual
Singapore shipyard contracts compliance

in the $.5 - $3 million range for ship rehab
and provided routine oversight

of shipyard personnel to complete project deadlines.

From 2011 forward, under the guidance
of American Nuclear Physicist's

he managed multiple projects, f
unding, technical installations

and has helped manage business operations.

He has over a decade of experience overseeing
the development of new technology,
research
and development labs,
and managing contracts purposed

to advance the science
of on-demand hydrogen, water treatment,
plasma,
and technologies based upon principles of physics.

Today he is driven by the understanding

a foundation to provide unequaled

Miroslav Danek

Sr. Chief Operating Officer

Miroslav is MSC Mechanical Engineer with specialization
in thermal and nuclear machines and devices.

He has 30+ years experience in technological sector,
including project manager position
at The Slovak Agency
for International Development Cooperation -
SAMRS (SLOVAK AID).



Miroslav expanded his activities to applied research
of water treatment
and energy efficiency equipment
in various industries.

He was involved in several major projects
including the construction
of the sewage treatment plant
and the first phase of the sewerage network
for the town of Kovačica,

and improvement of drinking water supply
in Negotin district

– replacement of part of asbestos-cement pipeline,

construction of a new well
and treatment of drinking water.

Ewa Fec

Chief Financial Officer

Ewa graduated summa cum laude
with Bachelor degree of Business Administration

in Accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College
(City University of New York).



She worked 10+ years
in the Big Six accounting firms in New York

(Deloitte & Touche LLP, and Arthur Andersen LLP).

In her role of Senior Audit Manager,
Ewa has developed in-depth expertise in a broad range
of auditing,
accounting, operational and reporting issues
affecting onshore
and offshore private equity funds,
investment advisors, and venture capital funds.

She has led cross-functional and international teams

with different backgrounds and experience levels.

Major clients included
The Blackstone Group,
Bessemer Venture Partners, and Evercore (IPO).

Ewa is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jaroslaw Tomalik

Chief Technical Officer

Jaroslaw graduated doctoral studies at
Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.



He has 15 years of experience
in the field of research of Green technologies

and innovative solutions and extensive engineering
knowledge in the field of mechanics,

fluid mechanics and the latest technologies
used in the energy industry
for the energy sector.
He coauthored construction
of innovative water turbines for Innovation Norway.

Jaroslaw specializes in water turbines,
micronization mills, drying devices

and general contracting of turnkey investments
in the renewable energy sector,

and is a a three-time winner
of GreenEvo - a green technology accelerator,

a competition organized
by the Polish Minister of the Environment.

The company received the Gryf Dolnośląski award

for the most innovative company in Lower Silesia.



In 2016, it obtained the status of a research

and development center granted
by the Minister of Development.

It also obtained the title of the Polish Company

of the Future in the
Socially Responsible Company category.
